Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal.

Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal fresh or individually packaged Quakers. Honey and a splash of milk. Place on stove until you smell the Aroma in the air. ⚠️Note: You can place all listed ingredients in the pot or wait until the oatmeal, butter, honey and milk are done. Then Slice a handful of fresh strawberries, slice or Leave whole a hand full of fresh blueberries, 1-2 scoops of sweet or unsweetened coconut flakes, ½ fresh granny green apple. Reminder:🤏🏽Just a smidget goes a long way. 1 tsp of your choice for top.👉🏽(Butter, Vegan butter, Almond butter or Coconut butter.) 1 splashe of Almond milk or milk of choice. 2 spoons full of grounded flaxseed to help with Tummy Tools and easy digestion. Oh! Yes! One more thing. A drizzle more of👉🏽🍯 Stir and let your Tummy ENJOY! the Yummies.❤


Garden Sauce Recipe: -Number 4 Fresh Blend Irish LLC.
Ingredients:
1 Large cucumber
2 Avocado’s
2 Green Apples
2-3 Splashes of Coconut milk not too much
Sprinkle Paprika
Sprinkle Garlic
Sprinkle Black pepper
Sprinkle Chipotle Chilli seeds
1 Spoon Flaxseed
Prepare:
Rinse & cut all fruits and vegetables.
Peel skin or leave on. (Optional) Depending on blender speed.
Place all contents including seasonings in blender until you create the right consistency. Not McDonald’s milkshake thick and not running out your bowl like water thin. In the middle.
👉Balance is key.
You can place on pizza crust, salad, dipping, fish, toast and mainly anything worth dipping, dunking and dropping in sauce.
Creation time: 7-10 minutes

Immune Booster Shake

2 Riped Mangoes, 2 handful of blueberries, 2 bananas, 1 papaya, 2 spoons of honey, 2 spoons of flaxseed and blend for 5 minutes. You can also add a spoon or two of vanilla Greek yogurt or Almond milk for a smoother taste.
Berry Berry Tuesday

17 Strawberries, 2 Bananas, 2 Plums, 1 Blood Orange, 2 handful of Blueberries, 1-2 spoons of honey and 2 spoons of flaxseed. Blend on high for 4-5 minutes.

Cartoon of Strawberries, Cartoon of blueberries, 2-3 mangoes, 1-2 Bananas, 2-3 splashes of Vanilla Almond milk, 2 spoons of flaxseed, 2-3 spoons of honey. Blend real good for 5 minutes. Serve and drink.
